do your dolls help you with your illustrations?
I first got into the dolls thinking they would be my drawing models - but instead I found a whole new art style with them.

I must say that my dolls do not help me for my illustrations:
now I prefer to take photos to the dolls and in my illustrations I go for another road!
but the bjd are beautiful models!!!

That's cool. I've always had issues with anatomy so when my friend first had shown me her new hobby, I thought, well dolls are a silly hobby, but my girlfriend wanted one really badly and I thought, but hey, they pose great I can use them to help with my anatomy issues BUT THEN, after getting my first doll, I had no idea how attached to the dolls I would become and around 18 dolls later, I rarely draw by hand anymore except in trying to conceptualize what I want to do with my dolls.
