being an awesome sheriff is hard work. Make sure to kick hippie's butts at least once a month, talk to your employees and pretend to listen to their needs. A little oppression here and there won't be bad either. After all, the folk needs to know who the boss is.

Thanks for the tips! Maybe he'll be less of a pain in the ass now. He's mean and annoying because 1) he doesn't care about anyone but himself, 2) he doesn't understand personal space, 3) he treats everyone like servants and 4) he treats actual servants like dirt (but only if they're lucky). Sorry for whining, it's just so rare to find someone actually willing to listen about these things. :]
