Well, here I am! I decided to comment here first, though we'll jump to notes if that's what you want. I think we should jump to notes though.

To reply, well, I was stuck between admiration, as in a feeling that Russia is too awesome to see him as an equal, or as a feeling that they're equal. Yeah, it and Greece. And Montenegro probably. Though from what I hear the rest of the Balkans in general don't see Russia as badly as say the ex-Warsaw Pact does (whose opinions I think can be best summed up with a jokey parody I wrote on my phone in which Poland and most of the Eastern EU repeatedly calls Russia a "kurwa" in rapid succession).
Wait, what were you saying "could be" again? Well, I'm writing on all of the sins. Lust, Gluttony, Pride, Sloth, Envy, Greed, Wrath, all of them. I base the main characters off of what country characters are from originally.
I know that, but I was referring to discussions about sins specifically. Though my interactions with Serbs has also given me a bit of a scary image, lol. I know not all of them are like that too. Like you seem like a chill person.

Well, I'm writing for a series I want to do rewriting Hetalia characters and writing more accurate history (and current events). Not sure if I will get to it, but I have a writing prompts based on them put up. Two of which feature Serbia.
Ask questions about how I should write him I mean.
Also, more questions. I've seen the relationship with Croatia described as "love-hate" or just plain "hate", but which is it? I'm kind of confused. Like, is it hate all the way down or do the two peoples care somewhere deep down?

Well again, I would put it as a bit of both. Most Serbs love Russia,I know a lot of Russophiles (though personally i'm not that obsessed with Russia as some ,I know a few people who have Putin's picture in their home). Most likely in the past it would be admiration for Russia while today he would see himself and Russia and equal.
Well that part about Montenegro and Greece is a bit debatable ,i'm not sure for the people in Greece but politically since Greece is a part of NATO it's kind of against the interests of Russia. As for Montenegro,they have been allies in the past but I think half of Montenegrins (though they're Serbs in reality ) support and love Russia while the other half want to mostly cut historical ties with Serbia/Russia,and since Montenegro joined NATO that technically leaves Serbia as Russia's only good neutral(not part of that organization ) ally in Europe.
Depends on who you ask , I think Serbs are the biggest Russophiles in the Balkans though. Though there on the Balkans who don't like Russia.

Not sure ,really,but I don't think they'd care about each other that much(though their shippers might disagree with me XD ) but int the past I guess at some points they would have looked at each other as brother ,after all that's what was forced in encouraged in the real Yugoslavia. In today's day I think they'd both be preoccupied with their own problems to have any type of bond anymore.

(I kind of got this idea because I found this funny fic of Serbia just listing things he will not do as if someone was making him write on the blackboard repeatedly - you know the gag probably - in which he said “I will not cry when Russia doesn’t remember me” or something like that).
Oh, alright. Still, the opinions in Greece on a person level at least seemed to be pro-Russian, didn’t know about Montenegro though. But wait, half want to cut ties with Serbia?

Maybe because they're both orthodox nations who fondly look back at the Byzantine Empire. I know some Greeks who adore Russia as well.
Well Serbia and Montenegro were once in a union state since Montenegro was the last one to leave Serbia. That mostly comes do to Montenegrins renouncing their Serbian rots (if you look back to a 100 years there were no `Montenegrins` as a special ethnic group ,they considered them selfs Serbs,even the best Serbs in fact. Montenegro got the nickname of being ''the Serbian Sparta'' )but by doing that they claim things that are integral to the Serbian identity and culture, if you have the time search up Petar Petrovic Njegos-he was the prince-bishop of Montenegro as well as a poet and philosopher whose works are widely considered some of the most important in Serbian and Montenegrin literature.But ironically these new Montenegrin (or how they're called Milogorci -a term used to mock the supporters of Milo Djukanovic /people who renounce their Serbia roots) claim the man even though he was a Serbophile . So the country is split ,I know people who got discriminated against for being Serbs.

It is ,especially from Serbs who have rots in Croatia,they were forced out of their homes and places from which their ancestors were from. But I can guess Croats hate Serbs more(there is this funny joke based of a survey they did in Croatia where they asked who the people hate the most ,their answers were '' 1.Serbs 2. Fags 3. Gypsies '' ) . But mostly because Serbs have suffered because of what they are,especially in the last 100 years. Though,most Serbs I know will only rip on Croatia when it comes to sports. Yeah I think they use '' Četnik''as a slur too.
Oh most likely,Serbia suffered a lot during WW2 ,just look up the Independent State of Croatia, (mostly)Serbs/Romanies/Jews were the most persecuted there.
But Serbia would probably get used to it since in the end the Serbs fought for Tito's Yugoslavia to last the most,even after his death,while the other states wanted independence.

I haven't seen the stories in a long time so I mostly forgot about the songs and their plot, I'm sorry but I'm at a loss to who belongs to where.
Well a thing I hear from patriots/nationalists is that we forgive too much to those who have wronged us, the Serbs who really dislike Croatia today mostly are the ones who have faced persecution and have rots in the nation.(I had this friend who was from Republic of Serbian Kraijna who really had a problem with them, i'm going to quote her here on something she said about her father '' He loves Croatia just not the Croats'' -because it was his home,he just didn't like the others living there ) One of the problems the Serbs in Croatia faced was being declared a minority in their own country,which lead a lot of Serbs to fear prosecution which they faced back in the ISoC.
Well look, i'm from Belgrade you ain't gonna find more rowdy examples of anything if it ain't in Belgrade. I know people who like and strongly dislike Croatia.
Most likely Vuk would be preoccupied with Kosovo to even care about Croatia,as for the things getting ugly it probably would,but I can imagine it would be like that with most of his neighbors (example : Bulgaria,Bosnia and Herzegovina,Albania) .
In Yugoslavia I don't think Vuk would have any other option than to force himself to get used to it. He couldn't be just 'Serbia' anymore, he was now Yugoslavia+ communism/socialism = not being so patriotic .
