when i put it in my gallery, you'd have to copy it and put it on paint, but be sure you save it as a JPG file. then, you go to either "change/edit profile" or "change/edit settings", i don't remember which, from your own page. the link's in the little box with "submit deviation", etc. you'd load it, and click "OK".
It may not show up right away, though - it didn't show up until the next day for me.
