Shiny was in his Ghost form, casually minding his own business. He happened to look down and see Pikachu. Even if he was in a scary form, he tried to seem nice. He spoke in a messed up kind of Pokemon voice, although he knew how to talk like a human if he wanted to. What he said translated to,"(Hi there! how are you..?)"
