I actually think that uploading your art on dA is in itself a great catalyst for improvement. I mean, you can get a bunch of people criting your artwork, and you can also look at your own art in a more objective manner. :) (Smile)

personally, I love critics c: (the intelligent ones, and fortunately most of mine are intelligent.) They tell you what you need to know (and not what you want to hear) to help you improve. ~ well, bring those deviations out again! :D (Big Grin)
