Tobin was the kind of man that appears to do things for his own gain such as joining the Deliverance. He only joined and risk his life for money. Selfish people might say but that was far from the case. He joined the Deliverance to earn money in order to provide for his parents and many siblings. He was risking his life for his family. He was one of most selfless man there was instead which is why when he heard the news Ram Village was being raided by bandits, he immediately went into panic mode.
"Alm! Alm!" Tobin yelled as he ran into the castle and quickly started trying to find his now royal friend. "Alm, Ram Village is being attacked! We need to go! NOW!"

i found it after desaix fell. lukas told me that a long time ago, rigel gave it to zofia to make sure the two kingdoms have good relations. after that idea went to hell, desaix took it.
he also said only certain people can wield it, ones with royal blood. i'm not sure about it, though. but tobin couldn't carry it either, so don't feel bad.
