Yeah, I love the Padded Times of Tracy Roslyn, and though I haven't read much of the Lucky Star series you do I'm already liking it. You have a great amount of skill as a writer.

If you ever need story ideas or characters let me know, I've usually got a few ideas and characters floating around in my head, but due to lack of writing ability I can't do much with them.

A collaboration sounds fun for sure. I may have to take you up on that at some point down the line. However I wouldn't sell yourself short on writing. The ability to write well is a skill like anything else and it can be practiced, learned, and improved with effort. I certainly was pretty awful when I started and I still have much to learn myself. If you want though my ability may be limited I would be happy to look at any sort of writing you may want to take a crack at and help give you feedback.
