No, I haven't read it, but I have heard about it.
It should be pretty good book, at least I heard many people saying it.
I kind of want to read it, but what I don't want to read? xD And why do you ask about it?

Okay, I officially finished Doctor Zhivago, and I hated it. >.>

I almost could not force myself to read it, it was just so awful. Too many characters, and half of them did nothing through out the entire thing. XD;;;
Thought I'd just tell you that I don't recommend it, at all.

And I thought it had to be a good book.. >.> And what you have to do with it now? I mean, do you have to write essay form it, or something like that? My teacher ALWAYS gives us to write essays from books we read.

I thought of reading Doctor Zhivago, but I definitely won't do it now, after you wrote me. xD I had enough horrible books this year.. I had to read one of the first Lithuanian poem, and it was terrible!!! I read almost all, and didn't understand anything- any single thing! There is no storyline - just separate actions, and then morals of how good people should act and how that was bad(okay, there are some random characters who tell that morals, but that doesn't help me at all xD).. I'm so glad that my teacher let us to learn 26 lines of it and write an interpretation from them instead of writing essay from all book.(though I hated learning it, but at least I will be able to write something about them.. (we could chose which lines to learn, so I took something I more or less understood, though I'm not sure if correctly.... XDD))

I just had to write journal entries about my 'experiences' while reading the novel. Most of my journal entries consisted of me saying how much I hated it though. XDDDD We also had to do an online discussion while reading it where we discussed and posted questions in our group.

That sounds terrible. XDDD
I mean, Doctor Zhivago had a storyline, it just wasn't very organized, and there were way too many unnecessary characters that just made the plot too confusing. I had a huge rant typed up in my online group discussion, but I don't think you can get in to it without a password. >.>

No, I have to read it for an outside reading project in World Literature. We had to choose a book that was originally written in a language other than English, and my group chose Doctor Zhivago. It's okay so far, but it's really confusing. There are way too many characters to keep track of. XDD

Ach.. I feel a little bit dead now @.@ I've just came back from Turkey where I spent my school holidays..
I really loved this holidays xD But today we had to get up kind of early, at about 6 a.m. to leave hotel for airport, and yesterday we played Mexican Train domino till about 1 a.m. or something. Plus I couldn't fell asleep quickly after that, so I haven't slept much. xD Oh well, I still have two nights before school starts xD

Yeah, it's just my laptop. I actually miss it now.

We actually spent all of German class on Friday talking about Turkey and Turkish people. XDD Was it nice there?
I never get much sleep during holidays either. I always end up staying up super late and screwing up my sleeping schedule. XD;;

Yeah, it was pretty nice. Though, two days was rainy. Actually, that was second time in my
life when I saw such a heavy rain! Haha, talking about Turkey during German class? That should have been quite funny. I wish we had talked about something else than Russia during my Russian classes. >.>

Ach.. I got a flu And this week they made holidays in my school because there is one girl who got H1N1 flu, and I was so happy that I'll do many many things during them.. And at very first day of the holidays I got 38.2 fever. Epic fail xD

Yeah, it does suck. I'll try replying to e-mails over the weekend, but my computer time is getting really infrequent. I always get kicked off, and when I am on, I always have someone reading over my shoulder. >.>

I miss talking to you too! It's weird not having your e-mails to read every week.

We only talked about Turkey because we were having a German discussion about racism. My teacher said that Turkish people are treated poorly in Germany. :/

We've had a a couple people with the H1N1 flu here too, but yesterday they had a school wide vaccination that I refused to attend. XDD But yeah.

Haha, I got addicted to Offspring song You're gonna go far, kid! XDD When you gave me to listen to it, I liked it, but just liked. Today I couldn't think of anything good to listen, and just browsed in youtube, when I remembered about that song, and.. I have been listening to it almost all hour! OMG, I started to hate it, but can't stop listening to it! XDDD

Oh, I think Turkish people in all Europe are treated poorly. It's hard to say why. Well, probably because they usually don't have very good education, so they do all the dirty works, and people look at them as if they are worst than other.

I have H1N1, I should say, I had XD That was one of the worst flu I have ever had! I felt so horrible 4 days, that I could hardly get up for 4 hours in the evening.. I'm much better now, though, I'll start going to school just from next Wednesday. Haha, why you didn't go to vaccination? xD

I'm not sure anymore because my dad is keeps changing his mind. He's now saying that I'm just not gonna get a new computer at all, but then when I asked him a couple hours later he said that he never said yes or no. He's just being really confusing, so my mom said that she'll probably just buy the laptop without his permission. XDD
I'm positive I'll be able to reply this weekend since I have two days off this week. It's Thanksgiving on Thursday, so I'll probably reply either tomorrow or on Friday. I'll try for tomorrow though.

I got my other friend addicted to it too. XDD It IS a good song, but it does get a little tiring after you listen to it a bunch. XDDD

That's what my German teacher said. She said that the Turkish people take a lot of jobs away from Germans because they're willing to work for a lower wage. They're sort of like how the Mexicans are here. :/

It sounds terrible.
I didn't go to the vaccination because a lot of people got sick from it, and one woman developed dementia from it. Plenty of people in my school got sick after getting it too.
