I been super busy with school as well, and work.
Most of my free time goes toward producing music--I haven't worked on Flash in a while, sad to say. Which is why I barely go on here anymore, haha

What you do is on the last frame, put this code:
stopAllSounds();
This will cancel out any sound currently playing.
