MY LAPTOP DECIDED TO DIE ON ME and isn't turning on or anything even with the battery being replaced and charged and cooling it down and just everything

so mum took it to the laptop hospital and the doctors said that its the motherboard and that they'll have to transfer everything to the other (CRAPPY) laptop until they can fix it

BUT EVEN THEN THEY SAID I MIGHT LOSE EVERYTHING

sorry but my only way of getting online is my phone who thinks its a genius and can correct ALL OF MY TYPING into complete crap
