Hi,
Midnight Cowboy was a 1969 film about a male prostitute and his sickly friend trying to survive in New York City. Many underlying themes and superb performances by Dustin Hoffman ( the sickly friend) and Jon Voight ( male prostitute). Also many other wonderful supporting actors. I chose this film from many films I could have named as a favorite. If you get a chance to view it, let me know what you think.
