Roxy was standing next to the malasda store, boy they smelled good..
"I wish i had money to buy one of those..." She said with a small sigh, getting money wasn't easy for a pokemon.
Most people walking out of the store didn't even look at Roxy, all too busy with their own little friends. Others just gave a stranger look,
as buizel weren't native in alola, but soon continued their way as well.

After exhausting her poor lopunny with shopping bags she decided to treat him well in the best ways ! MeleMele Malasada ! It's been years since she's been back to Alola, the place where she actually started her journey due to her parent's work. She didn't get to finish her trials (neither did she really care that her 12 year old self was wimping out on the ghost trial... the former trial captain was too eccentric and alway had their smile... ugh... still gave her shivers.) BUT she still got to where she is now.
And so the frontier brain and her lopunny were sitting down eating Malasada. She so up share but... uh... let's see... Leo the Sylveon was too picky, Henry the Gengar would eat it whole without chewing, Libr the Milotic would also eat it whole but silently demand more and... well Grima and Vaike are going to destroy the store. Yeah...... With her hair tied back she took a bite from the treat and let out a hum of satisfaction. She's forgotten how wonderful they taste...

✿ Alas, Hau, the grandson to Hala the Kahuna of Melemele, had been making his way to town walking fast, seemed like he was off to buy more of those sweet malasadas from Melemele. He loved the sweet taste of the ones in town and in all honesty enjoyed all of the tastes they gave off. Hau had yet to finish his trials but he was close and catching up to his dear new friend who had moved to the Alola region not too long ago.
✿ As he approached the door to the store he spotted a young lady and a lopunny. She looked like a pretty tough trainer. Pretty as in she looked youthful and well, beautiful in a sense. Tough due to the Pokémon who sat beside her. He smiled before approaching the other." Alola~! Sorry for interrupting your malasada treat which may I add they're great like so good I love them-- but! Sorry I got off track just wanted to tell you look lovely today are you fifteen or seventeenish? You also look like a strong trainer, and your Pokémon seem really close to you! Did you two clear the trials cause you look like you did! "

Her Lopunny just kind of gives the other a look of annoyance while his trainer blinked a little at the sudden appearance of the small boy. Why does he look like Hala...? Oh well probably a coincidence. Maybe. She doesn't know this kid so she just stared at him while he rambled, starry eyes watching him curiously. She was trying to find out what kind Pokemon he'd likely use. He's energetic as those Alolan Raichu, she'll give him that. He was cute in a way, kind if like Thornton but with emotions. And she's also getting this feeling he'll grow up strong.
But when she gets complimented she once again blinks, hiding her hand in her face muttering something about "This kid is too cute..." Lopunny rolled his eyes with a smirk on his face as he watched him as well. It was funny how Tiki looked so young and people kept mistaking her for for a teenager. Well if they didn't then they'd assume she's Thornton's mom. Poor Thornton.
" actually I'm twenty five and I haven't finished my island trials.. It's been a good thirteen years since I've come here. Who knows, I may just complete my trials. My name is Tiki by the way, what's yours? "

Upon hearing the fact that he was actually Hala's grandson she seemingly got more and more interested in the boy. It explained a lot. He did have Hala's personality in a way. Except Hala was not so overly cheerful and if he was then that would of been scary.
" Oh no no, it's okay you can stay! We're all fine in here. You're much too kind and I knew you and old man Hala had to be related in some way ! "
Tiki grinned for moment. While she wanted to say that she was a frontier brain and help this adorable child she actually wanted to see how far he could go. After all, he is at that age where he's going to be destroying some evil team.
" Cos you see, I beat Hala! Isn't that right Alexander? " Her Lopunny nodded

"✿ hau cheered for a bit before calming down and smiling. He seemed curious about Lopunny due to it seemed strong, it did give off a presence of power in which he had felt before around Hala. He still sees Hala as strong and pretty awesome. Hell he looks up to Hala and wants to be like his grandfather if he can't beat all the trials. " Ya kno, I've never seen a Lopunny before, so cool! "

She was so encouraging and this little boy was too cute for words. Maybe she'll ask Hala if she could adopt him!!! Smiling sweetly the girl leaned over and ruffled his hair lightly and affectionately.
" Alexander was my first Pokemon, at first he was a sort of morality pet because of how sickly I was back then. " Lopunny turned away as if flustered or something.

My friend that moved here from the mango region also choose Rowlet, I decided on Popplio! "

There was a Popplio protection squad. Needless to say it was weird. WEIRD. Lopunny calmly took all bite out of his Malasada as is trainer kept talking.
" I've always loved this region the most besides my home region of Sinnoh. Kanto is okay, I wasn't there for long though. However I did get to watch the fight between Red and Green! It was amazing even if I wasn't there! "

Hau quickly picked up his Pokémon but very carefully. He grinned. " I haven't had the chance to travel yet aside from some of the islands here. I heard regions away from here have a different form to be champion! They don't have trials which I'm so curious about how those work! Like woah! Must be so cool to be from elsewhere! "

Tiki reached out for the little pokemon, rubbing its cheek gently. Lopunny however got a little jealous and turned his head to pout. Well who can really blame him? It is said that Lopunny only evolves when it grows fond of its trainer.
" Well in Sinnoh, Kanto, Unova, Johto, Hoenn, and Kalos use gyms. There are eight gyms per region and they hand out badges to the trainer. The people who run the gyms are known as gym leaders and they are very powerful. Once you beat all eight gyms you can challenge the champion ! While I did get all eight badges in Sinnoh and beat the elite four ... aha ~ Cynthia was a bittttt to hard for lil ol me ! "
Once again she turned her attention to her lopunny and ruffled its fur.

" I was going to try to be a Pokemon researcher but another occupation called my name... It truly was something. I get to battle fun trainers everyday. Sadly it's too cold in Sinnoh as of now and my body can't handle such exetreme temperatures. "
It's as cold as a Unovian winter over there. By which of course I mean VERY COLD. Her frontier brain co workers take mercy and always give her December and half of January off.
" You see I'm powerful and all but I'm still frail out of Pokemon battles. My health was in very poor condition when I was younger. It's gotten better do don't feel bad. "

Overall meeting someone new to him and getting to know them was rather nice, though adding positive comments made it better as well.
