Hi,
I am a graphic artist, and I love your work. I was just curious what programs do you use to create your art. Is there some sort of brush that creates the swirl effect in your artwork. I usually use adobe illustrator and photoshop, most of my work is vector based artwork used for large format printing. When I saw your work it really just got me wondering how you do what you do. Any feed back would be wonderful, thanks.

other than that i just photograph stuff that catches my eye. for these i use Photoshop CS3 in post-process.

you are welcome and thank you for being so conversational and open about your work. i have learned so much here when i'm able to get people to comment on my pictures beyond "cool" or when they take that little extra time to reply to a comment i leave.

i live in pleasanton. i see you went to the chihuly exhibit at the de young. i had plans to go last weekend but they fell through. haven't had a chance to browse you pics, but i'm looking forward to it as so as i gather the appropriate amount of time that they deserve.

I'm sorry you missed the Chihuly exhibit. It was well worth the trip. There are some at the Monterey Bay Aquarium if ever you get down that way. I've got some in my Chihuly Gallery at this [link] :D (Big Grin) They were even more of a challenge because they are behind glass, whereas the ones in SF were out in the open.
