Hi, don't know if you've already seen this, but during half of this episode I ended up switching between rolling on the floor laughing and thinking wtf so often it got weird. Kinda the type that get's so "kawaii" it litterally gets creepy. I'll probably save it for laughs on some rainy days, but maybe it's the kind of series you're lookng for? [link]

I have no real preferred genre either. Though the more work the creators give into making it "right" with story, atmosphere, camera angles and such, the more I usually like it. :) (Smile)
But splatters and clishés are no go. Bloody boob-ladies running from zombies or axemurderers with macho dudes blowing up walls with shotguns just to say stuff like "don't worry, I'll save you" just makes me bang my head in the wall. Any 3 year old have more originality than that. ;) (Wink)

Ugh...I know right! I hate it when it's all just for the money, I mean where are the feelings put into that! It's just so annoying that it's becoming a trend these days...

Sadly, it seems more than a simple trend. It feels almost like a plague breeding and eating away at whatever idea that holds promise. Greed has always been a sin and always will be, but it can also tell you of the amount of ideals like honor and loyalty that remains. And to be honest, too often do I see people far to eager to find a highest bidder for a dagger in their best friends back. Works of passion are the same. It never matters if the creators makes it right as long as it sells.
I've seen inexperienced creators, arrogant creators, even brilliant creators simply working in the wrong field, but nothing ever gets worse than someone who creates purely out of greed. It's like forging a katana simply for it's design. It might sell, but it's worthless in use.
