Yeah it's likely that it will start again if she doesn't brighten up and shut up sometimes. Though it is interesting how so many people are willing to give her another chance, despite most of them would have otherwise been flaming/trolling her themselves.

My suggestion to you would be to just hide her comments rather than marking them as spam unless she does start spamming on your page.
As for reporting her, I don't think her comment is exactly reportable material per say. If she starts to harass you more and more on your page/artwork, then keeps the comments open (don't hide them) and send it to an admin. For now, I'd say they wouldn't find much of a problem and just brush it aside. But keep your eye open.
