Just having a good laugh at your journal entry. Once when I was in college, I went to a basketball game with some friends. There were about 3000 people there. About 10 minutes into the game, the stadium's announcer came on and said "If you are the owner of a green Chevy, tag #XXX, your vehicle's lights are on in the parking lot..and the keys are in it...and the engine's running..and the door is locked." Of course, everyone cracked up laughing..and then we all sat there in silence just waiting for the person who owned that car to get up and run out to the parking lot..but for at least 10 minutes not a single person in that place stood up..not even the ones who wanted to go the bathroom or the concession stand..all fearing that if they stood, everyone else would think they were the person with the running car. The car probably kept running until the game was over and it was out of gas. I can honestly say it wasn't MY car..though I've done dumber things
