I'm inbetween beginner and intermediate aswell! ^^  (More on the beginner side though,,)
(I know the basics, but I lack knowledge in kanji, heavy vocab,
and how to use sentence particles properly, so I can't call myself "Good" just yet ;o; )

I'm mostly like you then! I know the fully alphabet,
however I struggle at katakana as the symbols are different and similar and it's confusing.
yeah I'm trying to figure out the particles aswell xD
but knowing that there are symbols for most words just scares me xD But no matter what I always trey my hardest as one day hopefully i'll be able to speak and understand Japanese! ;w;

I guess we're on the same page ,
I also struggle with Katakana, it's easy to confuse and forget some of them hahah..
The biggest problem with kanji for me is remember all of the readings and
when to use them, I guess it'll become natural over time but right now it's a living hell. ;u;

Yeah sometimes my head hurts from too much of it! xD
But that's the struggle of learning a language, from experience
it's best to live in that country buttt..... there's too many barriers >.<

Exactly, it costs so much aswell QwQ ...
But since we can't really surround ourselves irl with the languages, 
we can do it with the internet which is awesome. ~ :'0
