As for Kyros I'd imagine his titan would have crystallized spikes on his spine and have claws.

Ohh Hey there : D

One of the best pieces of advice I've heard is "Be an actor". Yes, with voice acting you are using your voice to convey emotions, but there's a lot that goes into that. Many time when I'm recording, I'll make certain gestures or faces. There are some scenes where my character has to break down and scream and cry and most of the time I will be on the floor and have legit tears running from my eyes. In those moments, you must become your character. If you didn't, then your acting would turn out flat and wouldn't be believable. 

I just started voice acting this year after watching the audioplay Attack on Space and I learned a lot from them. One of their best actors is Jonah Scott and he has two very good videos on voice acting and offers lessons over skype.

Another piece of advice I can give is to AUDITION. You can't be picked up by a company right away. Audition for so free projects. Get your name out there. I am in 6 projects currently that are unpaid (and will be up on youtube sometime this year). Being in projects like this are great ways to connect with other voice actors. Together, you're able to learn from each other and by working through the project your ability as a voice over artist is enhanced. 

When you do eventually start paid projects, a Voice Acting Alliance account comes in handy. Not every voice acting job has to be in anime or cartoons. Visual novels, video games, and even audioplays need voice actors as well.

thanks so much, I sadly do not have great recording equipment, and the laptop that I have is somehow not able to create mp3's, but I'm working on getting a job soon so I can pay for stuff like that hahaha

For a first mic I recommend the Blue Snowball. It's the type I use and is great for beginning! All you need to get started is that mic, a sound recording program (like audacity which is free!), and a good recording place. A good recording place is very important. Without one, there can be echoing which we call "reverb". To prevent that, try recording in a closet or a car. A lot of my friends do this. If you can't it's ok! I can't either so I basically make a blanket fort around myself and the computer+mic.

This is the deal I went with. The mic comes with a pair of headphones and a pop filter. The pop filter and headphones are very important as well. The pop filter takes away from the harshness of words that having a "popping" sound and the headphones allow you to listen to your recording. 

I know some people who don't listen to their recordings. This is frowned upon. It's better to listen to your recordings before sending them so that you know if you need to redo a line because you slurred a word or there was a noise outside that the mic picked up.
