Rafiki merely uses a vision to convince Simba. There is no connotation of worship or adoration of anything related to ancestral spirits; there are more of parallels to the Biblical story of the Redemption of mankind by Jesus Christ. Excuse me? We can't all love each other because there's people like you who say things like that. Why does it matter if those people are gay? I understand wanting to be careful about predators but what's wrong with homosexuality? And you ask why we can't love each other, and yet here you are bashing other people and their beliefs.

How would you know that? Do you know how Christians, or Jesus for that matter, judge? God's ways are not our ways. Those who follow God's ways are at risk of hatred and condemnation. I'm not defending anyone, and I don't have to. I was merely stressing that people have the right to hate what they hate, and to love what they love. No one person can control the hates and loves of another. If I hate Cheerios, I have reasons to do so. If I love Walkers, I love them.
But my worry about fanatical Christians(this is coming from a Christian) like this one is that don't they have any other way to use time than to point out that certain things of this world are not good? Yeah, brother: it is of the world. You hate the world. It is your job to use love and to bring people to Christ. And Christ knows what to hate and what to love: those who follow Christ have to obey Him. And if Jesus says, "Judge not, lest thou be judged", then don't go beyond personal hatred or despise to open condemnation and judgement. :/
We know what to hate and what to love(us Christians, I mean). Like I said, this sort of backlash is expected by Christians. But then as I pondered about this, why do Christians like this person want to waste his/her time like this? If he knows that certain music or films are ungodly, let him keep that to himself/herself! No one, whether godly or ungodly, needs to know that. Keep hatred to yourself; let your love shine before others. What we hate is our business, and unless absolutely necessary, there is no need to reveal that to others.

I do not see how this is heartbreaking, but he/she is definitely using their time in an unprofitable manner. Let them go spread their message against sodomy, idolatry, &c., &c. somewhere else. DeviantART has its own uses, and to preach the Gospel in such a way that it allows the sinful people here to use their ominous language on us Christians is certainly not the intention of such a website as this to exist. And one thing, remember that God said love your neighbors as you love yourself? You're not doing it at all. You ONLY love Christians and hate non-Christians. I am a christian and I have a friend who has no religion and does'nt believe in any god because she thinks it's stupid and I respect her belief. At least God is much more please to see that. People have their own choice and decisions if they believe in God or not. It's up to Him whether the person gets punished or be given a chance to believe and love Him.
And besides, if Satan was evil, then why did God let him exist anyway? He even let Satan "touch" Job (which means let him suffer) to see if Job really has a strong faith in Him. He let him exist and to allow him to let people suffer and see if these people have a strong faith in God by not abandoning Him.
I don't really read the bible that much. But like what my mom said, it's better to be a pagan or an atheist who keeps his mouth shut and does good deeds than a Christian who forces people to do what's good but behind their backs, he does a lot of foolish things.
Hating people because they're not Christians won't help you getting closer to Heaven, unless you are as perfect as Noah.

I suppose. But I can't help but feel if there were a God then people would not suffer as they do, animals would not suffer as they do and things would be fair. By fair I mean good people would have a nice time and bad people would not. I also can't help but think if God was real there would be more proof than a book someone wrote hundreds of years ago.

I've been wondering if the book should be updated no matter what.
In the bible, because Eve and Adam disobeyed God by eating the forbidden fruit, our lives aren't perfect anymore. Back then it said that humans used to live for about a thousand years old but God didn't want us to overpopulate so he shortened human lives. Well I think that's all I know from it.

God supports slavery, demeaning of women, giving your virgin daughter to a group of men and then cutting her into twelve pieces (this is what it actually says in the bible) , not eating shellfish, not wearing clothing with more than two materials, not growing crops with more than 2 different species (or you need to get the whole town to stone them) , not working on the day off or they need to be killed, not having hair cuts or beard trims, no tattoos, stoning your child to death if they disobey, selling your children into slavery.
I could go on for ages.

i'm sorry but I just laughed when I saw child molesters and gays. Honestly? If you think that LGBT people are as bad as molesters then you must have your facts wrong. Because last time I checked LGBT people are humans, no different from the rest. A child molester is an awful person who abuses others. Does it really matter if I am gay, or bisexual, or transgender, or straight? If I was straight, would you think of me has the fine, normal person, and then if I realized I was gay or bisexual or transgender, would you treat me any differently? Does your sexual orientation really change the person you are inside? Because to me, it dosen't.
