Yeah, kinda... um, you know how on the page when you scroll down a bit and it says "Chatrooms" and there's one for "headquarters" and "Battlefield" if you  click on one of those it'll take you to the group's chatroom. Personally I find that a lot easier to RP in than in notes and I don't normally give my skype out until I'm comfortable about it. So the chats are useful.
