Bah, it depends on too many things. Some are just for fun and you can hammer them out in an hour or two just for funsies. Others that I'm a little more seriously about can take longer. Really it comes down to how much effort you want to put into refining it that judges how long it takes.

I'm actually really not. I use Photoshop CS5 mainly but I do have the entire Adobe Creative Suite so I have been known to use all the applications in there.
