Dunno that I can put a specific on why. I'm intrigued by the story/world you're building. I stumbled across one of your drawings through another's favorites I don't recall which. But once I started poking around the gallery I wanted to find out more about what was going on. Seeing that you're attempting something more that vaguely related one-offs, I decided to follow, just to see how the whole thing falls together in the end.
And, yeah, I saw the short on "fav bombing". Guilty. But Also, I just hate doing the "Me too." thing. A holdover habit from usenet days.
Looking forward to the story.

Jonesy, first, let me say the 'fave bombing' thing was just for a laugh and it's not meant to brush off everybody who comes near my gallery! ; D No pressure, no worries - please do as you like, it's just nice to know someone like something I did.
