Salvete, domini dominaeque!I have been drawing sporadically since I was a kid but stopped for many years, now I've decided to get back into it by doing my own comic based on Minoan Crete. Never done this before so I'm still a noob, but the practice has helped me immensely. Watch this space for stuff to come.

Hey matey, thanks, sorry haven't been on much to check on msgs. I am currently on a 6 day a week job so things are slow, I am now thinking of changing style and doing just black and white to speed things up, I have some pages nearly ready but I need the last push to get them ready hehehe sorry!
Will get round to it at some point but RL getting in the way, I know it's bad and I should say 'fuck real life' and get on with it!

Ah no worries about real life, it happens. Though I personally would be fine with waiting longer if it meant color pages (of course it's your work, and it's up to you, just offering my opinion.) As for me, I'm still taking Japanese class (got my B.A. in Asian studies 5 years ago, but forgot Japanese language since then, so relearning it now) and the art class I post drawings from. Also looking for work, I've had a part-time job for some time now, and am looking for a more full-time position. Anyway, best of luck with the comic, life and etc.

This has some factual innacuracies, but is overall a good dramatization of the end of the Minoan Civilization. At least I thought so.

Yes I saw the program online at the BBC site, it was great. I so wish they could do a proper seasonal drama about minoan society, a bit like they did Spartacus. A mix of spartacus and game of thrones would be awesome.
