The Sound Of Silence- DA StatementSo Eclipse is Coming
I'd like to organize a proactive even to show DA the possible results of a permanent Eclipse change-over. Instead of deactivating your accounts for good, or indefinitely boycotting the site, I'd like to make a Statement of Silence for those Users against Eclipse. Starting May 1st, I will not be active on Deviantart. I will not submit new deviations, journals or even visit the site for 3 Days time. From May 1st to May 3rd. I ask all all other Users who wish to keep old Deviantart to join me in this statement of silence. 
Perhaps the abrupt halt and slow down of site traffic will show DA team members the devastating effects this could have on their audiences they cater to. They have failed to listen when we speak out... perhaps they will listen to The Sound Of Silence.

These will explain. 
I hate eclipse but I have seen just about every dA change... I am not participating for many reasons. 
Although one reason I will not abandon dA is because I've been going on dA for over 16 years... I cannot bring myself to up and abandon it.
Also I had so many friends and watchers here. The effects of eclipse is heavily affecting me in heavy negative ways, preventing me from ever participating in this movement.

There's glitches although it doesn't work on old devices and on android. I use my ps Vita and I can barely check anything with eclipse. Also the birthday features are gone, and I cannot tell when some of my watchers are online because I like to message my watchers a lot.  Also the constant scrolling and trying to figure out posting...  It's clear its unfinished and they should have waited. The good thing is that they warned at least. If I remember correctly, when core was released, there wasn't a warning from what I remember. 
Although I did not like core membership because I always wanted the "Until hell freezes over" member ship which lasted 7 years. But once core replaced it, that's only for staff or people who had the "until hell freezes over" membership grandfathered over.
There's a lot although the fact it's causing people to leave and a lot of my watchers, it's tearing me apart. I lost many watchers before although its something I don't want to experience again, but its happening again... It's just a hard subject for me to talk about.
