I just presume that they have some 1p traits just that the change their color and so a bit different in personality.

Here's some examples:
2p!America = vegetarian, loves killing people, does like blood(only part of living creature he does, course in Kimchi they're vampire so hard not to for them) has a nails in his baseball bat, wears sunglasses, a bit tanner not to much, likes being the villain, but secretly has a soft side and does care for his family and is a better mama than Alfred.
2p!Germany = a twat literally, he's immature, rather rude, likes annoying the shit out of 2p!Italy(hence why he has a cut on his face), smacks 2p!Italy on the back thinking it's funny.
2p!Italy = likes hugs actually, coward, he scans his enemies before facing them if they're weaker he'll kill them, if stronger he'll get le white flag out, fights dirty, only tries to fight stronger enemies if it's for one person(later two 
2p!Romano = not as fashionable as most 2p!Romano's, but is fashion savy in a different way, likes punk/goth clothing, rather protective of 2p!Italy, dyes his hair blonde, wears shades, friendly, actually very uke and is weak if someone gropes him(easily raped in short, kinda like Lance and Luther).
2p!Neo America = doesn't dye his hair, looks very weak at first despite being the biggest country, but if someone hurts his kids he will kill a bitch[which Allen never saw coming when Luther split from him, he thought he was just a pansy before], sweet, gentle, kind, motherly, protective.
2p!Russia = looks threatening and grumpy, but really just doesn't express himself much, is really a teddy bear, protective of those he cares about like 2p!Romano.
Dunno about 2p!China.

His Kung Fu way better then China since he train more then cooking. He makes poison food I think compatible to England's cooking skill able to consume poison. Wears cap all the time have short hair .

Not gonna use Puroikume as PuroikumeKinda feels odd now and off for him to be a country. So instead I'll just have him as Japan's boss, as in he's just Nibirian now and nothing else. And..I'm referring to myself in third person again dammit. XD In the future, as in real future not the Hetalia one, Nibirians run each and every country in the future by Royal Nibirians. World's more peaceful that way. So I'll be called Prince Saiko, Dumuzi is my Nibirian name and it's only used by my family members, though I use it online. Saiko is a name I came up with cause I have a really bad human name. Not gonna say it either because you'd be all 'HURR! DURR! :iconhurrdurrplz: IT'S PURTY!!', like fuck every times someone says that I wanna punch them in the face real hard. Everytime someone calls me that I twitch in anger it pisses me off so bad and my ears being sensitive fucks doesn't make it easier. Saiko is much better, it means awesome, quite literally. XD
