going for the van helsing type of look with the hat scarf around some of face red eyes and rough features and the werewolf grey with yellow eyes bloodstained teeth and claws. moon half white with blood red shadow.
the book is about vampires and werewolves. i have two people from deviant doing it and i wont be paying them. but if i like your design you will be mentioned in the book as a special thanks interested?

I didnt personally, but college does have programs like this, Mostly certain specialized art schools that push advertising art and not so much fine arts. I know that cali has a whole bunch. I just started doing art on my own and took a few classes here and there in local community colleges. Mostly figure.

I didnt go to school for this kind of art. There are two different types of art schools here. Fine arts which would be like the kind of stuff you would see in a museum.
And
advertizing art, stuff used for magazines, posters, dvds and such. That kind would be the best to study for things like Star Wars and such.
I took some classes here and there but of figure drawing (live nude model) to learn anatomy betrer
