why thank you for the comment, especially since you're not one of my usual commenters *yay someone new!*. As far as mechanical pencils, I'm using a .5 whereas i should be using a .05 or .01. But if you want to see something realy cool, check out the SISC drawing by Jason in my gallery, that was done with a mechanical pencil as well.

I used to use a big stack of different pencils, but i just mechanical ones now since its a lost faster and lets me get crazy with the hatching as well as improve my ink style.

Well, thanks for faving my ID... guess I was missing my old brushes when I did it... and gladly it turned out fine... anyways, I hope your kitten gets back!! I've lost one at one time but after 1 month he returned home... btw, I'm about to go from 11 cats to 16 or more as one of my cats is pregnant... and she is soooo pregnant... she is carring at least 5 or six kitties inside... well, I'll have to work even harder to feed all the crowd!!!

I can see some new stuff here too ... mmm, I'm coming back later to comment on it...right now I'm trying to finish a children book!! My money is going very short and I need to finish this book or else I'll starve a bit... ...and then I'll be knocking at your door again to borrow some cookies... ... but hopefuly it won't be needed...

Thanks for the comment on Damselfly Maybe. I should have held off and thanked you for all the recent comments, but I'm trying to keep up daily. I've submitted a bit too much lately...gotta slow down so I can respond (and other chores).

I almost submitted this shot with an inset in the upper left corner (mostly blank anyway) of a close up of it's head. The details don't come through even at full view. It needs to be larger still. It's just so OMG!!!

That blue paper (we called it sugar paper) is actually a very bad quality paper... I'm not sure what's the real purpose of it, but it's definitely not for drawing purpose! -__-;; I was just lacking of coloured paper to do...

Thanks sweetie. So very much. I'm praying that tonites thunderstorms dont push the blazes too much farther. They are calling for very little rain but plenty of lightning and wind gusts. This is just so very sad. If cities are not declaring water shortages here they are pushed with fires. Im praying for all those who've already lost so much and those who stand to lose so much more and for the firefighters stuck out there on the lines.

Biaxident Sketch - Thanks it's not your PC, I blurred it intentionally to help get rid of some of the lines, the "fabric" was a byproduct of some crosshatching to darken the jacket some.

Morning Light Lilly - Me too, they are a wonderful spring flower and smell heavenly, I only wish they flowered all summer.

Thanks for commenting my eye shot. It's kinda cliche, but I like my version pretty well. The reflections in my eye did come through, plus you can sort of look through my cornia, which I think is VERY cool. I'm loving these macro filters!!! The closest thing to a dissappointment is - I was expecting more magnification! I'd like to take some shots of some really cool, extremely small bugs...those still don't show up with any detail (not quite pinhead small, but nearly). Plus things like close up facial shots of flies, bees and that sort. I wonder if I can get a 10x filter? I'll keep experimenting....
