yeah i'm new to the whole thing so i'm trying to figure it out lol greatly appreciated ^_^

No problem, I had some trouble at first also^^
At the top of your group/club's page there is a spot that says 'Admin Area' click on that.
Then it will bring up a few things to choose from at the top click on the one that says 'Manage Members'
After that you will see a whole list on your left of different positions for your group, but right now just click on 'Members'
Over to the right should be other options once you've clicked on 'members' you will see 'Join Requests:' and underneath it there will be three options right now it's at 'Are Not Allowed' so choose one of the other two doesn't matter which.
And lastly click on 'Save Now' at the bottom if you forget to do this you will have to redo this again.
