I do not have any sites i used to look at hands, however there are loads of bases on here that can be used as refrences and body pose ideas... i personaly really cant do hands or feet really. I have to do them over and over again at least 7-8 times before im happy with them... wish i could be of more help on that topic. If you search "Hands base" or "hands pose base" in the DA search thing on the top of the page, im sure ull find some good stuff to practice with... if all else fails, try looking at you hand long enough until you think you have the idea of what it would look like in different angles... i have a little mirror by me all the time to look at my hands in different poses and angles when i cant find what im looking for on the internets...
