You have good monsters here, but i strongly recomend to draw them in an action pose, and try to make them a bit more detailed and size proportioned. This is not meant to offend you or your art in any way, its just an opinion from a fellow artist.

No offense taken. In fact, I agree with you. I could probably try drawing some of my later creatures in action poses and with more detail.
