Lion, Tiger,Jaguar, Leopard, Lynx, Cheetah, Serval/wild cat?, Snow leopard, Umm... fluffy Persian? and Siamese?

(sorry messed up and wrote the Jaguar and the Leopard in the wrong order... didn't look close enough to the rosetts)

*giggles* bobcat... I said Lynx because it is a broader term... Bobcats are only found in the USA... anywhere else in the world they are termed Lynx

Ah, ok. Normally I say the same thing (I mean Bobcats are 'Lynx' rufus) but it looked fluffier and gray plus it didn't have a black tipped tail like all more general lynx do.

The bobcat/lynx thing has always bothered me. Because they are of the same genus yet they are seen as being of different phenotype.

Its like Wolves you have Timber wolves, arctic wolves and red wolves (plus many more) you can call them all wolves but that doesn't tell you anything about their size or coat pattern or where they live... if looking at a puppy of the wolf it is harder to tell their type of wolf so you use a general term "wolf pup" but when they get bigger, start showing size and distinctive coloring thats when you can get specific....

ooh plus Bobcats have distinctive Black bars on their forelegs and a black tipped tail (according to the net) sorry i know I'm annoying and all weirdly precise but I got curious what the difference between a lynx and bobcat was...

noo tento mramorovy papier ktory tu vidis je len opticky klam.. je to normalny papier upraveny v pocitaci X) v nejakom vecsiom obchode s umeleckymi potrebami by ho mohli mat ale urcite ho budu mat na internete takze ak ti nevadi objednavat cez net tak to mas bezproblemove
