I was originally trying to draw an OC(which still looks like him when I have the colors right), but after so long into the photo I couldn't not see Naoto Shirogane from Persona 4(a game I am too crazy about -n-), so I gave up and started drawing more of her. So there he/she is.
Not really sure whats happening. Maybe it can be a confession to Kanji or something. Hur hur.
