The Count started laugh insanely.....and then stop to laugh looking to her eyes....he was so serious.
"I am a monster can't you see?...I chose this for me...now just leave me alone..." (The Count of Monte Cristo)
"You are not a mosnter..." (Haydée)
"YES I AM!!!" (Gankutsuou)
The Count showed the Gankutsuou form to her....with the bright light that covered his face and showed that terrible and deformed eyes on his head...
"LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" (Gankutsuou)
She was afraid...since she was just a girl he always treat her like a princess and in that moment was so cruel....but she could feel his heart....he was suffering more than usually suffered....his revenge was almost done...but his sorrows only increased...
Haydée tried hug him...
"You won't make me give up....I never will permit you just be alone in the moment you most need someone..." (Haydée)
The Count stop her..after she could hug him..
"You are really pure and delicate....if I always treat you like a princess....was exactly for you deserve it...I know you could give up to be happy just to be with me....but you never will be able to share the present or the future with me..." (The Count of Monte Cristo)
The Count pointed to the strange scenario he had created a long time ago..
"I am stuck in that moment in my past....since I lost her 20 years ago......independent in the way you see me....you will never be able to heal my heart.....cause I lost it a long time ago.....you can cry....but even your delicate tears and your pure heart can't change who I am or what I feel.." (The Count of Monte Cristo)
She cried so much....
"I feel you want just die after you complete your revenge...don't let that monster inside you kill the wonder man you are...." (Haydée)
"You say monster....but that monster is part of me...and all my revenger come not from the monster but the man I was...all that left from the man I was...are my sorrows and the feeling of revenge..." (The Count of Monte Cristo)
"But...it's looks so sad....you don't need suffer in all that solitude..." (Haydée)
"My solitude has ceased to be solitude....I am surrounded by the goddesses of revenge...." (The Count of Monte Cristo)

The Count with all that conversation bring back all his memories about Mercedes....the hallucinations about her made him feel weak...
"I need leave now....do as you wish...but never expect change who I am for what you wish..." (The Count of Monte Cristo)
His body was weak and then he fell for be so close to the end of the room he always looked the place like the beach in France in the times Mercedes was with him as her beloved..
"Count!!!!" (Haydée)
She had jumped trying hold him but just could fall with him...
"Why you did it?...just leave me alone..." (The Count of Monte Cristo)
"But you are crying..." (Haydée)
His face was covered by blood coming from his eyes....the color of his face was with the same color when he was younger....but only for few moments..
"I don't cry....I am just bleeding...." (The Count of Monte Cristo)
"You think about me like I am an ordinary man.....like die could be something bad for me....or for you....but only my death can set free all my pain....and all your sorrows....maybe I saved you when you was younger....but now you become a pretty and delciate woman...your pure heart start to become dark and broken just to be close to me.."
"No Count.." (Haydée)
"It's over little princess...I will die soon after my revenge finish...I won't force you go...but I hope you understand there isn't pretty moments for you being in my side until the end....only more pain...and madness..."
Haydée cried a lot but never tried change his mind again...but was in his side until the end....until his death....The Count wasn't the same man once loved Mercedes...but never was a monster able to forget her...because it his eyes was bleeding when his heart was empty after bleed so much for so long...

i hope we (your watchers and i) can keep seeing your creations, i have always thinked you are a very talented one, dont doubt it!!
you really have a sense in mixturing and balancing colours, and of course i see you had a very accurate sense of estethic, and even so fashion since when its regard your characters im very impressed with the clothes and accesories you decide for to design them.
And for so, all the textures you make in there, make it look really natural and sometimes remember me a bit of hiperrealism in some parts of your drawing.
Its more you are blessed with the ability to make your feeling and emotions art! i can see you have the talent for to easily express your thought and emotions, which in fact is the most importat thingand artist have to learn to do.

its even difficult thank you enough for that kind of comment....just to take your time not only to check and see my drawing...but the fact you noticed and describe that being so kind....make me so glad...thank you so much my friend....I did not post anything for try reply all messages I have first....and being sincere I needed to create the new group I did to avoid write and talk about a lot things inside my mind...and about all replies I am still trying do all....make me happy being sincere reply so much messages for make me force be here more...cause I need....but I want share more things here about the last drawing I did...so I will post it.....some people do drawings in one day...I need a lot months....XD...and just for looks normal...but I like to do it...make me feel better...

The book is great....but I prefer the version of the anime/manga...fits more with what I think about the story....looks saddest either...the end is not so happy like in the original...=X

Thank you very much....I respect Haydee a lot.....and I relate with Gankutsuou for so many reasons....and about her hair I don´t know if you are talking about change the color of her hair from the anime.....but if you are talking about the other drawing I did....the other woman was Mercedes.....that one in this last drawing is Haydee.....I respect the love Edmond have for Mecedes....but I don´t respect Mercedes....my fav characters from the anime are Gankutsuou/the Count....and Haydee....
The background I liked so much to do.....I use some old numbers from medieval ages and Roman numbers....and the symbol of the constellations....in the left top in the drawing I did the centurion constellation.....and other details I tried did like in the anime.....is like a big place the Count did with his own money to remember the place he was together with Mercedes when was younger.....for never orget her....here the link of that big room from the anime imgur.com/gallery/rWg3r2j

Nossa...obrigado de verdade pelas suas palavras gentis....eu gosto tanto desse desenho e da estoria que escrevi para ele....por isso fico feliz de verdade com seu comentário e pela forma tão especial que descreveu o desenho e o que eu escrevi......obrigado de verdade....quando assisti o anime....me identifiquei muito com o Gankutsuou e a Haydee acho ela bonita de verdade em vários sentidos....por isso sempre imaginei uma cena e uma estoria como essa que fiz.....o anime eu respeito.....mas gostaria de ter visto um OVA apenas dos dois.

The name of the anime is "Gankutsuou"....the anime is based on the Count of Monte Cristo..at the first the anime looks weird for the vivid colours and different colors....but the story is so deep...I really liked that anime....but looks really sad...and show a lot bad sides of humans...and the few good and rare attitudes for people with principles and values

I wouldn't say the colors are weird, I think its speaks that anime is an art form in story telling. And eye catching I might added.

Oh...you are watching.....maybe you had watched more than 3 episodies until now....are you still liking?.....I need to say I like that anime a lot....but I like animes with a lot tragedy and drama....so just take care with the scenes ok...
The Count is a really intersting character for a lot reasons....I like teh classic Count of Monte Cristo....but I admit that anime version was the best version of the original story I had watched....I feel like the feelings was showed more deep inside...and even with all vivid colors and unreal things around....the consequences I think was showed more real....looks more human..

I'm only up to two because the site I'm using to view is being derpy because of stupid added block that won't let me watch it.
So far I like it, I heard of The Count of Monte Cristo be never read it or seen any other movies of it. However I know he wants revenge and the anime is pretty interesting like how far will you go to save a friend and even if that person is part of a horrible gang should be let go.
The ending credits with a mech, I don't know why but I'm looking forward to it XD
The setting is like steampunk sci-fye feel to it. The Count despite his monsterous appearance he is gentlemne like but he can break you if he wanted. Even if he was using Albert he does like him a bit.

The Count of Monte Cristo is a great work...but the anime even if is about that....have more characters and in a universe toytally different as you already noted...and the feelings in the anime show in a way deep inside.....I respect more the anime than the original work cause the anime are more dramatic and sad.......and the Count show his feelings in a way more complicate and really deep....
oh....the mech in the end....I admit when I first watch the anime I took more time in the opening of the anime and the whole chapters...the ending credits I only take time in the last episodes....cause I watch like 10 episodios in one day.....the anime is really different.....with vivid colors and some exaggerated buildings and other things.....but what make me respect and like was the story....how deep the characters feelings show in the anime....talking about the worst and better side of humans
exactly....you felt the essence of the Count.....but the intersting of the anime is....he make us respect and understand him....but in the same way ask if he really shoul be like that.....he is really lonely....I respect him like the Phantom of the Opera.....even if do something bad....no one really understand how deep is his sorrows

What's the point to put this online to VIEW IT FOR FREE!! I know copyright and all but if we want it its our opinion to buy it!! I want to do that then just see it on the store shelve, thinking it looks interesting, buy it, watching, realizing it was bad and worse I can't return it.
What's what I do at my local nerd store near my house. and said to myself, 'If I watch it and don't like I can return as long I have the paper that I bought it'. Like the anime Highlander movie *yes that exist* --> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Highland… it blown my mind when I found out.
Now there are some sites you have to paid so they can get remove them when is bullshit.
People have complain to the site, but its not doing anything.
So I'm looking for other sites for it.
If the story is great, their should be some characters that either are interesting or there are some are good even if you can't hate all of the characters, We connect to these characters Like Emma a Victorian romance; I never found myself hating the characters because I feel for these characters.
Albert is naive yea but he's like still in college I think, and the second episode where his friend is risky everything to save his friend, even possibly doing something shady. That I can related to because I want to protect my friends at all coast.
Oh yea the opening is so calm and peaceful like something out of opera then suddenly hard trippy rock song at the end XD but the ending does fit was about to happen.
So far the count is pretty interesting.
Even if his motivation is revenge, if written right.
