Throw him a fish in the early morning and 5 seconds later he is on you

They are fast, big and unpredictable...and I love them

If you throw a fish to it, will it ever grab it in the air, or wait til the fish hits the water?

He will wait until the fish is in the water, the trick is we put a piece of balsa wood in the fish so it doesn't sink
Then the Eagle see the fish and come to pick it up, they know the trick, they are very clever
I will post another image so you can see how the Eagle capture the fish...
