If you run widget locker, than when on the lockscreen hit menu, settings, look and feel than hit alternative wallpaper than select.

the ROM is for .591 gingerbread. you have to do a kernal update and such. i'll give you a link to see if it applies to you

i just started using the new ApeX 2.0 beta this weeekend. Its awesome. The framework, as far as i know, is NFR still
