:U Finally finished this..... I've been trying to finish this pic for but school and other events have been delaying me. (like my own laziness....wait that's not an event) Anyhoo... It's Claude C. Kennedy from the Anime/Game series called Star Ocean EX. The crappy armor he's stuck with was designed by me!! :UPhotoshop 7 and painter 8 used :U
