Description
Arcelia is a big diesel who was brought to Sodor to help out at the Oil Refinery with Kaiser. Due to her poor performance on the Mainland, she was scared of ending up on a heritage railway, so she tried to replace Kaiser by causing trouble for him. She was soon found out and sent back, where she ended up in a dusty stone quarry.You can read about her in the Sodor Island Forum's ERS Library, in the following book:

I think if Arcelia thought things through better, she probably could've landed a gig as Sodoil's delivery engine. Kaiser shunts the trains, and Arcelia delivers them. But of course, she tried to replace him. I wonder why she thought the people at the refinery would think they'd need that much locomotive power for shunting.
