Description
Blandford is a tender engine who once worked with his brothers and sisters on the Somerset and Dorset Railway. After BR took over they were withdrawn, and Blandford was bought by a farmer who wanted to keep him in running condition. Unfortunately this plan failed, and Blandford was dismantled and abandoned on the property. Luckily he was found and restored by a Heritage Group, and was sent to Sodor to help out primarily with ballast traffic on the Little Western branch line.
