Wow, it's incredible, she looks so real. The only thing though, her mouth looks a bit weird. Maybe the underlip has to be a bit umm, fuller? Is that the word?
But all the time you spent on it really showed off. You're far better than I am, so I won't complain any more about this one

Beautifully done! Looking in on the full version, the lips look as if they were outlined.... lips are always hard for me to do as well, but i've found it best not to outline them. You are very talented! This is such an impressive piece. Well done.
