Ford's model structure was a bit different in the Canadian market. The Meteor brand was roughly equivalent to the Mercury one, but with some cosmetic changes in trim. This is a Monarch Montclair - about a 1956 model, it's at the same level as the Mercury Montclair, but again with slightly different trim. Still gorgeous and so classy.Photographed at the Recycled Teenagers cruise night in Alliston, 8 June, 2010.

Thanks. This one's got one of those Continental spare tire kits on the back end. I'll put up shots of it, but the tire cover has a bit of artwork on it that reminded me so much of one of your pix - a pair of cowboy boots!
