sorry for the delay ~TheEvstar but here is my version of you and ~fredvegerano "Care Bear underwater fun pics" I'm up right now when I should be in bed so I can get this in for you.Ok here we have several care bears and care cousins having fun in the ocean. Lots-a-Heart Elephant is using his trunk as a snorkel, Swift Heart Rabbit is sitting cross legged, trying to see how long she can hold her breath, Bedtime Bear is... asleep with the fishes. above bedtime bear are my two bear characters from this pic

only this time Little Brother Bear has his sister caught and is giving her the tickle trifecta: one paw is tickling her ribs,the other paw is tickling her foot,and he is giving her a raspberry on the tummy, which is causing her to blow lots of bubbles. Good thing they are wearing snorkels....
moving on to the right side of the picture we see Playful Heart Monkey laughing his head off. looks like someone switched his Oxygen tank for a tank of Nitrous Oxide a.k.a laughing gas. Playful Heart doesn't seem to mind since he thinks everything is funny anyway. It seems that Tender Heart and Funshine don't mind who sees them enjoying the water and each other as they share a kiss under the waves. Hugs and Tugs joined in with the bigger bears and have a meet and greet with a school of fish. Tugs can't help but giggle as the fish swim all around him, making him blow lots of bubbles.

hee hee one can only hope^^,not sure if gas in water works that way. remember that there's already plenty of Oxygen in the water,but its in liquid form and bound with Nitrogen too.

What is Bedtime Bear doing with his regulator out his mouth? if he's sleeping without it, it's an easy drowner.

If you'll notice he's sucking his thumb. don't worry Swift Heart will take a millisecond break from her breath holding practice and pop Bedtimes regulator back in his mouth(after taking a short drag from it)

huh didn't really think about what care bear was what gender, I guess I could put up a redo. I was guess I was trying to reference the CBM2 swimsuits, but I only did that with bedtime bear. I might do a redo. shouldn't take me long. If you'd like.

Yes, Lotsa Heart is a boy but since he once wore a ballet tutu in an episode, i'll let you off with his girlish swimsuit.
