Very nice! I included it in my personal build of vim, thx.
Thought you might like to know: I had to convert the PNG version to ICO (using the icoconverter web service), otherwise the resources couldn't be applied.
The error I got using your ico file was:
"error RC2176 : old DIB in vim.ico; pass it through SDKPAINT"
I have no idea what it means.

I've also previously looked a Vim icon that matches to Mac OS and couldn't found it.
So I made it by myself.
