Day 7. Today's Akuma is none other than Julie.

Okay, to start off, let me just say that, just like Ben, I took some creative liberty when constructing Julie's character. In her case, it was because in the show Julie didn't make many appearances and she didn't get to be developed so well. Part of her personality, you need to know to understand the existence of Monster Mama, is her overprotective nature. She's like that friend that you never fully feel is your friend, because of how she looks after you like she's your mother. Julie always wants to help her friends, even if the friend in question is... let's say Blossom, someone much more capable of looking after herself, compared to any normal person.
So, what happens when Julie goes to hang out with her very close friend - Kuki and then Kuki gets in an accident and breaks a bone or something and is sent to hospital, while Julie stays there the whole time, paralyzed with shock and unable to help? Well, that's easy, a tiny black butterfly finds its way to her and ends all her sadness and regret.

This is the most ridiculous out of all Akumas, concept wise. Yeah, I know Julie is a teenager and not an actual mother, but you have to admit it's hilarious. First off, this hair - why does every cartoon mother ever have this hairstyle? The I decide to put an apron on her, only because I remembered Lenore from Pokémon Black and White and I decided it fit the design. The akumatized item being a handbag makes sense for a mother villain (mostly thinking about KND's Mega Mom) so I was like "Why not?". Lastly, let's touch up on the colors. I did't know what color pallet to use here until I watched the most recent (and most hilarious) ML episode - Gigantitan, where (SPOILER) a baby gets akumatized. From there I figured that the cannon baby Akuma and my OC mother Akuma, though not related, should have matching color scheme.
Yeah, I know Monster Mama doesn't look like Julie, but neither does The Bubbler look like Nino, nor does Reflekta look like Julika, so your argument is invalid.

Her powers are also a bit strange and kinda hilarious. Her whole thing is wanting to protect everyone and, if mothers like Jojo from the Amazing World of Gumball have taught me anything, the best way to do so is to never leave their sight let anyone do anything on their own free will. What Monster Mama does is that she takes magical dust from her apron's pocket and sprinkles it on people she has targeted (mainly friends and family). Those people shrink to a tiny size, afterwards she takes them and stores them in her handbag. Rinse and repeat.

"Don't you use that language in front of me young man/lady!"
"Why don't you two listen to your momma and give me your miraculous?"
tons of yo momma jokes, because Julie thinks she's funny
"I'm sending you two straight to bed!"

"Once I shrink you to grapes, I'll do my best raisin you."

P.S. Before anyone asks, I purposely didn't make Julie's Akuma related to tennis, because I wanted to show a different side of her character.
