Happy 2018!!! Like I promised, we starting the new year with batch 2 of the CN Akumas. I hope you're excited, even if in my journal poll to which I fished for comments and begged for validation, only one of you actually commented. '
Anyway, who else to start this with for Day 1, but the one and only Abby (Numbuh 5).

In the show Numbuh 5 sometimes showed that she was afraid of growing up and turning into a teenager and eventually into an adult, so I decided this would be the perfect reason for her to be upset and transformed into an Akuma. After a long and frustrating day at school, Numbuh 5 goes back to the Treehouse and reflects on her life as a 16-year-old. She tried to shake the thoughts away by mixing some songs she likes, unfortunately it is too late as the Akuma had already found her and merged with her headphones. This kinda came to me while I was watching a "IISuperwomanII" video where she joked that she's turning 21, to which I instinctively yelled "Ha! I'm closer to 21 than you are!" after which I pause the video and had a 5-minute existential crisis, because I, just like Abby, refuse the grow up.

There's nothing much I can say about the design, I just put thing I like, though I must say that I had to put pink and cyan in the design, because the moment I Googled DJ most of the pictures had neon pink and cyan lights, so yeah. BTW, at the last moment I decided to turn her braid into an aux cord. BTW I could have come up with a different name, but I decided the simple Ms. DJ is very fitting, since SO many songs talk to a non-existent "Mr. DJ", so the name, I felt, is quite fitting.

Ms. DJ's powers are very simple. When she plays the cyan disk, anyone who hears it ages up, while everyone who hears the pink disk ages down. I did eventually decide to give her the power to age people both forward and backward, even if the original intent was to just do the latter.

Some stupid quotes I can think of:
"Sorry, Ladybug! Giving up is not my forte."
"It's time to face the music!"
*Chat Noir does something with his baton "Oh, I see you're raising the bar."
"This is getting boring, let's mix things up!" *turns Ladybug and Chat Noir into toddlers.
"If I were you, I'd be in a spin."
" Please don't stop the music. "
*Ladybug yells "Oh grow up, Ms.DJ!" "I won't, but you will." *plays pink disk

P.S. I don't want to sound like I'm kissing my own ass, but I do think Nino's Akuma should have been something like this. Don't get me wrong, I love The Bubbler, but when you think of Nino, you think more of him being a DJ, not bubbles, not to mention that he hasn't had those bubbles with him since the episode he got akumatized, which was the same episode he made his debut, so...
