Why did you start taking Hera, Alex.

Were you at all worried about it?

So when did you realise it was having an effect?

The morning after. I saw I had a couple of extra blonde hairs. I thought it must have been from the last set of highlights, but no. Soon I realised I was losing muscle mass. No-one could tell to start with, because my lifts stayed as good as ever - better even.

Didn't you think about stopping it?

I did, but you know what bros are like? Every day in the gym, we gathered around and took the dose together. I couldn't stop without them knowing. I just hoped it wouldn't go too far. Just effect me a little...
