This is Desire's nemesis. She's extremely old-fashioned and strict, which means she and the free spirited filly are constantly butting heads. I'm sure if they sat down and talked out their differences peace could be made, but neither one is willing to back down.
She has wings, but I was too lazy to draw them.

Actually I didn't, but I did imagine her talking in an authoritative English accent. I kick myself for not putting two and two together and coming up with Helen, especially after she owned Dean Hardscrabble.
