For 's art jam featuring Mask/Stanley Ipkiss with Minerva Mink.It's a really cute crossover ship in my opinion!
I had a lot of fun drawing them, especially Stanley. His design is so handsome and adorable at the same time. (Well based on Jim Carrey, what do you expect?) I also plan to do a MaskXMinerva one for the jam. It'll be a little saucier, since the Mask likes things hot! If anyone's curious about the jam I direct you here: sideshowbobfanatic.deviantart.β¦ She'd love to get as many entries as possible, so if you have the time and want to give it a try let her know!

This reminds me of Shrekrulez's fanfiction story of Minerva Mink and a human lover named Ricky whom were friends in high school then became lovers later on.
This and that fanfiction story shows there is nothing wrong with interspecies love but only to sapient humanoid beings, magical creature beings, alien beings and mutant beings as love has no boundries. There has been plenty of interspecies love examples likeΒ Nothing wrong with interspecies or rather inter-being romance as it worked for Eliza and Goliath, Roger/Jessica Rabbit (animated human and animated rabbit), Nick and Judy (Zootopia and both are mammals), Sally and Sonic (Squirrel and Hedgehog mammal beings), April and Don in Ninja Turtles, Howard the Duck and Beverly in the comics of Marvel's Howard The Duck, Star Wars humans and aliens, Star Trek humans and aliens, Hellboy and Liz in the movies/comics, Eric and Ariel in Little Mermaid, Madison and Tom Hanks in Splash, Hepizah and Consair in X-Men comics/animated show (human space pirate and alien humanoid sapient feline/skunk being), Charlene and Vinnie on Biker Mice from Mars (human and alien sapient mouse humanoid being and both are sapient mammal beings), Minerva Mink and a human lover in a fanfiction story series, Duckman who romanced with different mammal anthro beings/different bird people/even human ladies on the show, Batman and Cheetah on Justice League, Beast and Carley in X-Men TAS (human and mutant), Beauty and The Beast 80's show, Polly Pineblossom and that rich guy who was once a jerk on New Adventures of Mighty Mouse etc.
I believe in comics especially furry ones/fanfiction/sci-fi fantasy stories even Star Wars/animation/games/Sci-fi fantasy films etc. that a person should have that right to love whoever they want to love as the artist or writer thinks so and i am a long time open minded furry as i do support it in interspecies romance even of humans with alien beings/humanoid beings/mutant and magical creature beings in stories, animation, games, comics and fanfiction.Β
As Prince Lir in Peter S Beagle's The Last Unicorn (Book and movie) once said when he found out the loveliest girl he ever laid eyes on and romanced known as Lady Amalthea is a humanized unicorn "Unicorn, mermaid, sorceress, vampire, gargoyle..no name you'd give her would surprise or frighten me, i love whom i love" which is one of my all time favorite quotes.Β

It's been so long since I've seen the cartoon, and the movie. x3 It's too bad they already did a Mask sequel; I think a Mask II with Jim Carrey would've been great. :3
