Dr. Crane, another sadly cut villain. Chief psychiatrist at Arkham after Hugo Strange got busted. Of course once his habits of psychologically torturing patients got out, his cushy job didn't last! Maybe Arkham needs to tighten its screening process so the guy at the top isn't batshit like the patients? Just a thought.Looks like a twisted Mare Do Well.

Really like this one, though for some reason I do prefer him to be a unicorn rather than an earth pony. I don't know why, but it just seems more fitting considering that he is more about mental power than physical. It is just my opinion though, it is still a great design.

or if you just put different Scarecrow-Versions together.
Because the mask is a lot like the one from "Arkham Asylum",
but he has a hat and another costume.

I can't tell which is scarier- Scarecrow with the mask on or Scarecrow with the mask off. Either way, his creepiness has always made him one of my favorite villains of all time.
And just because I like imagining scenarios;
Scarecrow: Diamond Tiara... would you like to see my mask?
*Pull out his mask and hat*
Scarecrow: You see... I was the only blank flank in my class for a long time. Kids- like you- would like to tease me and say that I'd never have a special talent. But when I found out what it was... the looks on their faces made life worth living.
