They didn't have him in The Batman, but that doesn't stop me.
The big change I made to him was adding the suit top and reducing the scarring back to where it was supposed to be. I originally had it all over the left side of his body. Technically his tail shouldn't be affected either, but I wanted it to match.

Someone actually thought Michael Keaton would be suitable due to the Beetlejuice-like suit. I'd have to go with that, especially since his old role as Batman makes it all the funnier.

One of my all time favorite villains in pony form. Today is a good day.
I love how you pulled off the two versions in this drawing; it really fits old Harv. I also like how Two-Face kind of reminds me of BeetleJuice (maybe if they had put Two-Face in "The Batman" they'd let Michael Keaton voice him) and how Dent was blue before his scarring (whereas he was blue after his scarring in BTAS).
